Vectrapho provides AI-powered photo style transformation. You can generate stylized images based on source photos you select.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and generate.
• You must not use the app to violate privacy, copyright, or other legal rights.

3. Privacy and Face Data Commitment

We respect user privacy and apply strict data handling principles:

• We do not collect face information.
• We do not collect facial features or biometric face identifiers.
• We will never share personal user information with any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, brand, and software components are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You keep rights to your original content, subject to applicable law.
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or misuse protected app assets.

5. Subscription and Purchases

Certain features may require coin purchases or subscriptions. Billing is handled by your platform provider under its payment terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if this agreement is violated or the service is abused.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this agreement as the app evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
