Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement governs your subscription to the premium features of Vectrapho. By purchasing a subscription to Vectrapho’s premium features, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Subscription Overview

Vectrapho offers premium subscriptions that unlock additional features, including unlimited AI style transfers, high-definition image exports, and ad-free usage. Subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis, as displayed in the App’s subscription page.

All subscription prices are displayed in your local currency and are subject to change without prior notice (though we will notify you of any price changes before they take effect).

2. Privacy Commitment

Even with a premium subscription, we remain committed to protecting your privacy. We want to emphasize clearly:

We do not collect any facial information, including but not limited to facial features, facial recognition data, or any biometric information related to your face.
We will never access, capture, store, or process any facial data from the photos you upload or any other sources.
Your facial privacy is fully protected when using Vectrapho, whether you are a free user or a premium subscriber.

We only collect the photos you actively upload to use the App’s style transfer feature and the generated images created by our AI. It is important to note that neither the uploaded photos nor the generated images will be retained on our servers. The uploaded photos are only used for real-time AI style transfer processing and will be immediately cleared from the temporary processing memory after the process is completed. The generated images are only temporarily displayed on your device for you to view and save, and will not be uploaded to or stored on our servers in any form. Since no data is stored on our servers, there is no need to request immediate deletion through our support team.

3. Subscription Purchase and Renewal

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the full subscription fee for the selected period (weekly, monthly, or annual) at the time of purchase. The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel automatic renewal in your Apple ID settings.
If you cancel automatic renewal, your subscription will expire at the end of the current period, and you will not be charged for the next period. You will still have access to premium features until the end of the current subscription period.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the premium features, please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

5. Premium Features

By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to the following premium features (subject to change at our discretion):

Unlimited AI style transfers.
High-definition (HD) image exports (up to 4K resolution).
Ad-free usage of the App.
Access to exclusive style presets that are not available to free users.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify premium features at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify premium subscribers of any major changes to the premium features.

6. User Responsibilities

As a premium subscriber, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Vectrapho User Agreement. You shall not share your subscription with others, or use the premium features for illegal, offensive, or infringing purposes. You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and the generated images created using the App.

7. Termination of Subscription

We may terminate your subscription at any time if you violate any terms of this Agreement or the User Agreement. Upon termination, you will lose access to the premium features immediately, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by turning off automatic renewal in your Apple ID settings. Your subscription will expire at the end of the current period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
